I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, I was quite impressed. The location is absolutely stunning, situated on top of a hill and right in the centre of the city. It is also conveniently close to the main bus stand and within walking distance from the railway station. The staff were extremely friendly and their hospitality was top-notch. They were always ready to assist with any enquiries and they even helped arrange local trips for me. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi in public areas and free parking, which is a huge plus. I had a wonderful experience here and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel had a good location, with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was polite and friendly throughout the stay. The room was well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with hot water available.

The food was below average in taste, and there were limited options. The parking area was congested with no proper management.

The hotel is well located, just a few steps away from a State Bank and ATMs, as well as the Nilgiris Library. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a gorgeous view of the mountains from one of them. The staff was also extremely helpful and courteous, always willing to assist with anything we needed during our stay.

The hotel did not offer a great food selection, and the options were limited if you chose to order room service. the centralized geyser only operated twice a day, so we had to ensure we checked in on the timings to enable hot water availability.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with large bathrooms to relax and unwind. The staff is friendly and responsive to customer needs. The hotel provides economically priced rooms with lavish facilities, such as extra beds, tour packages, and a functioning geyser.

One downside is the quality of room service, which could be more prompt and attentive to customer requests.
